This is the 16^th Annual Conference for the Consortium for Order in Algebra and Logic. OAL13 will be held at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College campus from June 24 until 26, 2013. This will be the first time the conference will be held at Penn State. In the past it has been held at the University of Florida, Bowling Green State University, Louisiana State University, and Vanderbilt University. This year the topic of discussion will be recent research on frames and lattice-ordered groups along with their relationships.
